8. need to ground 20 electrical outlets through the house and installed cover on the GFCI located in the basement and install flood lighting in rear.
9. reglaze shower walls in bathroom
10. paint basement floors
11. deep clean house
12. fix light 3 lights in basement (not working)
13. change the bathtub p trap and drain system
14. dumpster for trash

19. Remove all items from wall and trim no longer in use, remove any coaxial cables make patch repairs, seal all seams, fill all holes and prime areas
